FAQ - How do I create a user account for the Taxpayer Portal?
- To create a user account, please select the "Create a New User" hyperlink under the Member Sign In section of the Home page. Then fill out the appropriate fields and check your email for a new user confirmation email. This email will provide credentials to sign in for the first time to setup your security questions and password.
