FAQ - I have a CPA who does my taxes, but I'd still like to see what activity has been done on my behalf. Do we share the same User ID and password?
- An Administrator has access to manage the account or entity and delegate Users. Users must be granted access by an Administrator in order to perform tax functions on behalf of the taxpayer.
- It is not recommended to share User IDS and passwords. It is best to set yourself up as an Administrator and grant authorized user access to your CPA.
