A service request allows a taxpayer to perform various tasks, such as updating account information, via the Portal. There are currently four service requests available on the taxpayer Portal: ‘Assign Power of Attorney’, ‘Close an Authorized Tax Account’, ‘Letter of Good Standing – Additional Information’, ‘Report Identity Theft’, and ‘Update Tax Account Address’.
